About Us
NXT ERA was founded by former college and professional athletes who understand the demands of the game and the business behind it. Our leadership team has managed brand growth for elite talent, negotiated nearly a billion dollars in corporate partnerships, and built trusted relationships with families and coaches across the country.
We work with athletes who expect to go pro and with families who want the right support in place from the beginning.
We do not operate like a traditional agency. We act as your front office.
